Both parties agree to keep all confidential information exchanged during the course of the project confidential and not to use or disclose it to any third party without the other party’s prior written consent.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Service Warranty: WebGite warrants that the services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
• No Other Warranties: WebGite disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebGite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by the client or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from the client’s access to or use of our services.

9. Termination

• Termination by Client: The client may terminate the contract with written notice. The client will be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the termination date.
• Termination by WebGite: WebGite reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to comply with these Terms or any other agreement, or for any other reason, with written notice.

10. Changes to Terms

WebGite reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
